so there was that one time we went to a scofflaws show at the haunt (out of many) and afterwards we sort of hung out with some of the band dudes because we were cool and hooked up like that. and the guy who played the bass kept asking me to get some drinks with him and i felt all flattered that he wanted to go out with me. you were kind enough to not point out that he was just super wasted and probably hits on any female, and so for a whole week i felt really special that the bass player of the scofflaws ‘liked me.’ good times. fortunately or unfortunately, i now know better.

That was a very beautiful and moving tribute. Dogs are such wonderful creatures - they enrich our lives so much. It sounds like Sugar had a very happy and fulfilling life.

Sunnia and Mike, I am so sorry to hear about Sugar.

Mike, your tribute was wonderful. I soooo remember her love of water!

For someone who normally has a lot to say, I’m totally speechless at the moment. I think I’m still in shock.

This is pretty crazy. It sounds like a nightmare situation. I’m not surprised that BART is ignoring the email. It probably wouldn’t have even been that bad if it was a different stop and you didn’t have a flight to catch. The train conductor must have known that she made a mistake otherwise she wouldn’t have taken off like that.

Dear Sunnia & Mike– I remember Sugar from BayGold gatherings years ago, with my golden girl, Gemma. Sugar and Sunnia already had a wonderful bond that was a delight to see. I am so sad to hear about her passing to the Rainbow Bridge. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. May another wonderful golden light up your lives one day….
